GRAND BEND PUBLIC SCHOOL SECTION NO. 8 (s.s. #8).

Grand Bend Public School opened in the fall of 1874. It remained as an active school for over fifty years, until 1925 when a new school was built and the building became a private dwelling.

Today, it stands as a nostalgic reminder of Grand Bend's past.
